- Furlenco is looking for a competent decision-maker for owning & driving its business in the respective city with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan.

- He / She will be responsible to build the furlenco brand and drive sales via building online & offline channels.

- The incumbent will be expected to relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed the launch and BAU targets for his/her city business. Prior experience in successfully driving growth for 0-1/ 1-10/ 10-100 initiatives. Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.

Job Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will be accountable for owning, expanding, and building the sales & growth performance, distribution, and efficiency of the city

- The incumbent will be responsible for sustaining and growing the city's revenues with P&L responsibilities

- Experienced in growth hacking, planning & organizing on ground online and offline campaigns

- Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data-driven experimentation

- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances

- Manage the sales administration function, oversee operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business opportunities

- Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, consumer choices, and consumer behavior

- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of growth strategy, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective solutions across functions

Desired Candidature :

- 4-6 years of experience in high paced growth startups in a similar role

- MBA from a premier B school

- The candidate should be ideally based out of Kolkata

- Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset

- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and the online e-commerce space

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have agility in adapting to the situation
