Job Summary:
The Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, managing team performance, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This individual will act as a key decision-maker and contributor to the department's overall success, collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for devices.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate hospitals, enterprise hospitals, mid-scale hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories & clinics - Hospital Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote Janitri's products, services subscription plans and value-added offerings.
- Effectively promote Janitri's OBGYN products to healthcare professionals,
including physicians, doctors, hospitals, clinics, stockiest, purchase
managers, CXO's, CMD's, CFOs, and patients.
- Responsible for promoting and selling software solutions to hospitals, clinics & diagnostic centers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
2. Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to achieve individual and collective goals.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
4. Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline processes to improve operational effectiveness.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and optimize performance.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Mitigate risks through proactive planning and robust controls.
Qualifications:
