Cybernous is seeking a dedicated Course Associate with a strong background in content creation and e-learning. This role is ideal for moms returning to work or anyone looking to build a stable career in e-learning. The successful candidate will work closely with the co-founders, assisting in the development and enhancement of our online courses.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the creation and organization of e-learning content, including videos, quizzes, and interactive modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the course materials are accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of content across different courses.
- Manage course schedules, updates, and maintain the learning management system (LMS).
- Provide technical support and guidance to students and instructors.
- Review and edit course content to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
- Track and report on student progress and feedback to help improve course offerings.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or e-learning.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore (hybrid work model).
