Circle Health - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential clients within the target market through various sources such as online research, social media, industry events, and more.
- LinkedIn and warm calling campaigns to generate demand and get incremental net new prospects
- Utilise prospecting tools and strategies to build a steady stream of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Craft personalized outreach messages to engage potential clients and capture their interest.
- Cold reach-out to relevant stakeholders to communicate Circle Health value propositions
- Setup initial meeting with relevant stakeholders for Relationship Managers
- Maintain organised and updated pipeline of leads, opportunities, and interactions within the CRM
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport over various communication channels.
- Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo AI, CRMs, Lusha, Seamless.ai, Outreach.io etc is a plus point
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
