Business Title : Operations Executive

We are an early-stage startup founded by healthcare industry leaders and IIM graduates and funded by sector-focused funds and strategic angel investors. We are building India's first accountable healthcare model. We focus on long-term health, and our doctors & experts benefit when our members stay healthy rather than only caring for them in sickness.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who is driven to understand the core problems of our target audience, has an analytical bent of mind and appreciates working in a collaborative environment for improved outcomes for the customers and organisation.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for organising events like webinars, workshops, health camps, etc.

- Prepare detailed promotional marketing collateral like presentations, videos, brochures, social media posts etc.

- Distribute marketing materials in relevant channels.

- Responsible for capturing customer testimonials, medical expert videos in-collaboration with third-party vendors.

- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)

- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback

- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

- Research and write compelling content for blogs, emails, social media, website, etc.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends.

- Take complete ownership of assigned content pieces and tasks and collaborate with the marketing team to take the content live

- Deliver quality work within set deadlines

Qualifications :

- You're a storyteller at heart and a wordsmith

- You've had exposure to various marketing functions, content writing in the past

- You're comfortable working on Canva, Google slides, gdoc, excel, design tools, etc.

- Comfortable with Google Analytics and social media analytics

- You've exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- You're great at time management.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- High on ownership - manage all initiatives for timely execution.

We're looking for individuals with 1-2 years of marketing experience. However, recent graduates are welcome too. If you have creative ideas about how to engage our audience online and have some experience producing new content types, we'd like to meet you.
