Circle Head - Sales - NBFC (3-6 yrs)
- We are looking for a Circle Head - Sales for one our NBFC client who can drive sales through corporate DSA Channels and take ownership and deliver results.
- Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc. Develop and maintain DSA relationships. Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly sales targets.
- Would be responsible to manage a team size of 3-6 sales employees. Coordinate with credit team/Disburse team.
- Follow up with clients for on time submission of financials and related documents, getting proposals approved/Renewed, Documentation & Disbursal of facilities. Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of the team. Should have experience in NBFC DSA vertical - Mandatory.
- Experience & Skills Required: Has at-least 3 - 6 years of work experience in the PL industry with good market network and connect available. Has clear understanding in PL product and policy along with Foyer, eligibility, IRR, ROI Segments, cross sell etc. Has a team ready to move-in with him or can hire from the market once joined.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team. Product experience in Personal Loan is important. Team player should be able to work under pressure. Willingness to travel as and when needed. Good networking skills. Good Communication Skills.
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team. Knowledge of the local territory and language is preferred.
