Circle Head - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Monthly / Yearly Sales targets
- Recruitment and maintaining Required manpower / Team Size
- Assign and allocate territory to team to ensure daily work and reporting
- Participation in BTL activities - Road Shows / Exhibitions / Camps
Converting to sales, leads allotted centrally through self and team
- Achieve Sales Targets as per company norms - daily | weekly | monthly individually and through the reporting team
- Ensure consistent performance of each team member by continuous monitoring
- Timely Payment Collections
- Conduct weekly training of team on products, selling skills etc
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of B2C (Field Sales)
- Experienced in Team handling and achieving Sales Targets through them
Education Qualifications: Minimum Graduate
