Sales & Marketing :
- Managing sales and marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales/maximizing profit in assigned territory/state.
- Implementing sales strategies devised by marketing department/monitoring performance.
- Tracking competitor activities & providing valuable inputs & new features addition for fine tuning the selling and the marketing strategies.
Business Development :
- Managing business development activities & accountable for profitability & increased sales growth.
Market Research :
- Launching new products in accordance with market segment mapping and conducting viability study for positioning the brand in premium position.
- Day-to-Day market analysis for new avenues and enhancement of existing base for business development.
Channel Development :
- Establishing strategic alliances, tie-ups with financially strong and reliable distributors and dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue targets.
- Gaining inputs from dealers for ensuring timely deliveries to the customers and conducting survey for new dealer appointment.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain profitability.
- Handling customer grievances and resolving issues of channels partners/stakeholders.
- Maintaining data of every customer and providing them customised services.
- Organising and coordinating various scientific meetings and cross functional meeting among KOL/KBLs.
- Adherences the compliance & SOPs of organisations.
