Job description : Account Development Associates - IDC
Account Development Team is a fast growing Sales team and supports Go-to-market Team that comprises of a Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and a Solution Engineer (SE) besides the Account Development Rep (ADR). ADRs focus on strategically developing and qualifying new opportunities within their assigned territory through strategic prospecting and qualification techniques. ISRs work closely with the RSMs as well as Field Marketing and Business Development. Candidates for this position should be self-motivated, have high energy and should be go-getters.
Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities to build continuous pipeline
- Target, prioritize, and engage with assigned target accounts by territory
- Research and build new accounts adding contacts, sending emails, relationship calling
- Conduct conversations with decision makers in target accounts and other prospects
- Evangelize CipherCloud and CASB/ Security for Cloud apps.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 3-7 years of work experience (Sales, preferably IT Solution/ Product Sales)
- Strong desire to be in Technology Sales
- Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
- High Energy
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in Cloud Computing or Security Solutions sales a plus
Tools and Qualification :
- Should have used Salesforce.com as a CRM in prior work experience
- Familiarity with DiscoverOrg/ Rainking or other Lead gen tools
- Knowledge of technology marketing campaigns a plus
- Graduate degree
