Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, PTT creation, business proposal creation, client meetings, licensing agreements, government project coordination, and B2B business development. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend solutions to improve business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation : Lead the coordination of lead generation activities by working closely with the sales team and identifying new business opportunities.

- Client Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.

- PTT Creation : Develop professional PTT presentations to effectively communicate business proposals and project status to stakeholders and clients.

- Business Proposal Creation : Develop comprehensive business proposals based on client needs, project requirements, and industry standards.

- Client Meeting : Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide project updates.

- Licensing Agreement: Draft and review licensing agreements with clients to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

- Government Project Coordination : Coordinate with government agencies (PMKK and DDUGKY) and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements and deliverables.

- B2B Business Development : Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential B2B clients and developing strategies to acquire new clients.

- Data Analysis : Analyze data and information to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improvements.

- Solution Development : Develop and present solutions to stakeholders that align with business needs and requirements.

- Project Management : Oversee the implementation of recommended solutions to ensure they meet business needs and are implemented effectively.

- Monitoring Progress : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions implemented and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field/ MBA.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field.

- Proven track record of lead generation, client coordination, and business proposal creation experience.

- Experience in creating PTT presentations.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in drafting and reviewing licensing agreements.

- Knowledge of government projects such as PMKK and DDUGKY.

- Ability to analyze data and information to identify trends and patterns.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Experience in conducting client meetings and providing updates.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
