Role : Business Development Manager - For Testing Services
Sales Experience : Minimum 8+ years of directly related experience in IT Service's Sales
Self-Motivated sales professional who is willing to work in a fast growing organization contributing to the growth in the Quality Assurance space. The ideal candidate should have IT sales background and Quality Assurance will be desirable. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to identify, qualify and convert prospects / leads into clients.
Responsibilities :
- Focus on acquisition of new customers with ability to work as an individual contributor selling to midsized companies & large enterprises
- Ownership & participation of end to end sales cycle for new client acquisitions
- Participation on sales & proposal presentations
- Experience in account mining, growth and customer satisfaction
- Work collaborative with global work force in converting sales leads to clients
- Educate prospective customers on the merits of Cigniti wide range of testing services, skills and expertise
- Develop account presence with senior client personnel
- Negotiate deals
- Need to work in night shifts - USA Time Zone
Essential Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 8+ years of any IT Service Sales or Testing Services Experience
- Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities
- Disciplined in sales forecast, maintaining customer relationships and communication with internal stake holders
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets (minimum $1 Million)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Technically sound knowledge of Testing technologies on both Product & Services and the latest trends
- Strong presentation skills, listening skills and customer service skills
