Cigniti Technologies - Associate Manager - Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Associate Manager / Assistant Manager, Marketing
Job Responsibilities :
1. To support the Geo-Marketing teams to run different marketing campaigns such as Client webinars, Podcasts, Whitepaper campaigns and ensure good registration numbers from relevant base.
2. To write content in all formats including Email, whitepapers, brochures, website and other formats such as ebooks, reports as appropriate and reachout to relevant target audience.
3. Use digital marketing channels, organic as well as inorganic, optimally, to generate traction to specific events/campaigns.
4. Establish Social Media channels as a Lead generation engine in addition to creating diverse formats of content for B2B which helps in hiking up the follower base, engagement and conversations.
5. Use Social media channel to break into any account and establishing a contact in a predictable model and ability to replicate that for any account/prospect.
6. Use Marketing Automation tools such as Hubspot well and to convert folks who download whitepapers into sales-ready prospects, leveraging email automation.
7. Research about events, awards, meetups, trends, reports and more to provide timely insights to the Head of Marketing.
8. Write Speaker proposals and submit on a monthly basis to diverse events happening in NA and UK EU regions to achieve speaker slots in reputed events on merit, without sponsorship.
9. Comment and share thoughts on relevant posts where Cigniti's services can be promoted or information could be shared and actively pursue this on a regular basis.
10. Work hand in hand with Cigniti's partners on Partner GTM strategy.
Basic Requirements:
1. Self-driven, Solution-oriented and go-getter.
2. Ability to perform in a high-paced environment, ensuring all stakeholders are balanced and results are obtained.
3. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, should have excellent email writing and conversations skills.
4. Must have worked in IT & Digital Marketing for at least 3-4 years, should have an MBA from Tier-1 or 2 schools.
5. Should have worked in teams plus been an individual contributor. This role is for an Individual Contributor while working with shared resources in different functions of marketing.
6. Sales experience in IT is a plus and would be preferred but not mandatory. Only sales experience without IT Digital Marketing experience of 3-4 years is not qualified.
