Cigna TTK - Group Business Development Manager (3-8 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- To help achieve the Group Business objectives and targets for the assigned to locations through proactive relationship & sales management.
- To be seen as the Subject Matter Expert in Group Business
- To help assist Agents / Brokers / B&A Channels Partners of Cigna TTK attached to the assigned location become regular contributors to the Group Business Products Portfolio
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for ensuring target achievement through the assigned partner/geographies.
- To spearhead the cause of Group Business Health Insurance penetration amongst the assigned Locations through Agents / Brokers / B&A Channels Partners of CignaTTK
- To provide a One-stop Sales & Service support to F2F Channels of the assigned Location
- To maintain Relations with the Agents / Brokers / B&A Channels Partners of CignaTTK and coach them to sell Cigna's Group Business Products.
- Resolve queries product and sales related queries of our Employees
- Create an Individual Direct Corporate Sales Funnel from the assigned Location
- To be the core source of Market Intelligence to Cigna.
