CICO - Territory Sales Incharge - Distribution (1-3 yrs)
The candidate will be responsible for managing the retail market for the organization in the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Shall be responsible for sales target and collection in the assigned territory.
2. Managing and developing dealers / distributors in the assigned territory.
3. Implementation of all marketing and promotional activities.
4. Conduct regular Dealer/Mason/Applicator meets.
5.Increasing the Secondary sales of products in the assigned territory
6. Submitting the weekly DSR and related MIS.
7. Perform all related duties as assigned and required
Candidate should have managed dealers/retailers/Distributors in their current role.
