Summary of Position:

Responsibilities :

- Generate new business leads for commercial space and interior design and build from B2B clients - MNC, SMEs, start-ups, and co/managed working spaces.

- Build, engage and manage a community of real estate agents, builders and other possible associates who are possible stakeholders in space discovery, design and build ecosystem.

- Plan and execute on-ground ATL and BTL activities to create greater brand awareness amongst relevant stakeholders.

- Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities spanning across lead generation and management, community development and management, and marketing activities

Requirements :

- Very strong interpersonal skills (pitching and negotiation) - written and oral

- Field visit and to make strong connect with real estate brokers and maintain relationship with them

- Applicants with commercial real estate background

- Very strong command over mathematical calculations and Microsoft Excel and equivalent

- Prior proof of big-ticket selling in a B2B domain preferred

- Willing to be involved in on-field business development coupled with in-office planning

- Willing to travel intra-city and inter-city for specific projects if required

- An engineering or MBA degree from a renowned institution within India or Abroad

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge - Requires extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in a specialized field

or discipline, (interior design, business knowledge)

2. Education - Bachelor's degree in interior design, business, or other MBA related degree

preferred.

3. Experience - At least 2-3 years related experience.

i. Demonstrates achievement in B2B sales

b. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations

c. Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job

d. Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients

e. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

f. Ability to anticipate customers' need and match them with appropriate products and services

g. Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3years to 7Years

Salary Band: As per market standards

Timing: 10AM -7PM, Mon to Sat. (6Days)
