Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Build a community strategy plan and roadmap for current channels and prepare plans to review and launch new, relevant channels.
- Connect deeply with audiences about trends and issues they care about in their roles, helping to motivate, educate and inform by creating and curating culturally, socially and thematically relevant content.
- Work closely with the rest of the integrated marketing team to support campaign releases, content release opportunities, and event launches, including developing influencer campaigns.
- Working closely with marketing and branding stakeholders to increase brand awareness and build our online presence, including working with and managing relationships with influencers, content creators and brand advocates.
- Be the first point of contact in our social media communities, supporting and responding to members; monitor social listening on day to day basis and trigger escalation when needed.
- Spotting new content opportunities/trends and developing strategies to utilise these; experimenting with different formats and approaches.
- Manage real-time reporting across streaming networks, creator platforms, social media, and community discussions; including analyzing key performance data, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze social media traffic and relevant community metrics.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in community management, social media marketing or digital marketing and communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English.
- A confident, engaging and versatile copywriter with an excellent command of the English language and keen brand sensibility in storytelling and design.
- Extensive experience with social media platforms and streaming networks.
- Proven track record in building, managing and engaging communities on social media platforms, including working with influencers and content creators.
- Experience in tracking, monitoring and reporting social media analytics, and to evaluate performance data deliver insights based on agreed-upon metrics/KPIs.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and regional branches.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including adaptability to fluid and last-minute changes.

- Comfortable with basic design tools.
