What will your role look like?
You will act as the first point of contact for our customers and internal sales staff by answering their queries through phone and email.
- Support our customers with their orders, product queries, payment issues, account updates, mobile app education, or problems they may be having.
- Manage high ratings for the brand across all social media and app stores.
- Follow a 2-hour resolution framework leading to customer delight and positive word of mouth.
- Use customer services CRM to maintain all customer tickets and resolutions.
- Manage responses and comments from customers on our social media channels and Google Play / IOS app stores.
- Regularly prepare and publish reports on customer services management and efficiency.
- Your work schedule will be between Monday and Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.
Who are we looking for?
- A self-starter who works well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of excel and CRM software like Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc
