About the Role:
As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for talking to customers on the phone interested in our product and services and onboarding them by acquiring various insurance products. This role involves understanding the needs of the customer, suggesting products as per their requirements. With this role, you stand a chance to be a part of the first few in the sales team who get to see a business being built from an early stage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting Daily and monthly sales target (B2C).
- Delivery on minimum sales and call criteria like minimum talk time, minimum wrap time, policy sales per day, premium sales per day.
- Acquire reasonable knowledge and understanding of insurance products (Health, Motor, Life etc.).
- Convert enquiries from potential clients to new business sales and build long-term relationship
- Advice existing and potential Clients on the insurance products that best suits their need
- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and related risk
- Addressing clients- uncertainties, grievances and extending best possible solutions as per expectations
- Accurately record details of customers and product purchase
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
Skills & Competencies:
- Prior Outbound Tele Sales experience of more than 6 months, preferably with an insurance broker, insurance company and can join immediately
- Experience in selling Health Insurance on phone will be preferred.
- Certified Authorised verifier with an active licence (IRDA Composite Preferred)
- Effective communication skills (Proficiency English & Hindi; and in other languages will be an added advantage)
- Quality of Persuasiveness to convince the customer.
- Strong delivery focus and result orientation.
- Strong bias towards customer satisfaction.
