Chotu - Manager - Brand Partnerships (2-5 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
1. Reach out to identified brands/captains (through mail, WhatsApp, tele-calling, etc.)
2. Pitch, negotiate and onboard brand partners
3. Key account management - Address queries, concerns, coordinate regarding deliveries, orders, shipments, payments etc with the brand partners.
4. Daily tracking/reporting of key metrics
Skills Required:
1. The candidate should have excellent English Communication.
2. Should be obsessed with customer experience and customer delight (Prior customer service
experience is a must)
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
4. Familiarity with CRM systems & MS Office expertise is a must.
