Choko la - Assistant Store Manager (3-4 yrs)
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at Choko la. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, lead generation and revenue generation.
Responsibility :
- Responsible for forecasting, planning, and achieving sales revenue.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Responsible for new client acquisition by selling our products.
- Follow up and follow through on the leads via mail, over the phone, or through a face-to-face meeting.
- Pursue conversations with potential customers, help them understand the products we offer, and have benefit-oriented conversations.
- Achieving a per-determined monthly sales target.
- Keeping up-to-date with products and competitors.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Required Qualifications :
- Should be a minimum graduate or postgraduate
- Nature of Experience: Preferable from Retail/Hospitality industry (pref. to be given to candidates from Hotels)
