Chirank - Zonal Head Manager (8-10 yrs)
- We are looking for a driven and experienced Zonal Head Manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of sales Team. The Zonal Head Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within the assigned zone or district. This role involves leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring consistent adherence to company policies, strategies, and goals. You should also be able to develop as well as modify customer frequency plans as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Leadership :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned zone to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear sales goals and targets for the team members and monitor their progress regularly.
- Inspire, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
2. Team Management :
- Recruit, on board, train, and develop sales team members to ensure a competent and motivated workforce.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues promptly.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy :
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the assigned zone.
- Develop effective sales strategies and tactics based on market insights and the company's objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements :
- Minimum 8-10 years' Experience in Zonal Head Manager and in FMCG Sector.
- Salary 420,000 to 540,000.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Always implement the strategy at ground level by motivating, instructing and rise morale for the company sales and for achievement. So that the team can generate more prescription business.
- He is well known personality in industry and has excellent knowledge in FMCG Industry, which is helpful for solving queries in his team.
- Experience in developing and leading highly functional teams with ambitious goals.
- Proven experience leading marketing with a commercially oriented mind-set.
- Enhance productivity.
- Suggest for reduction in promotional activity expense.
- Ensures to maintenance of "Norms And Standard Of Company Policies".
