Objective of Job
Create a prospect pipeline for meeting the business development needs of the Company through planned and targeted tele-calling activities. Advise present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls, manage and develop the customer database and facilitate the field sales team to improve prospect levels. To create initial awareness about Chilton Brand among the target segment.
Qualification :
Basics : Degree or Equivalent.
Experience : 2-10 years experience in similar position / capacity.
Specialized Skills : Knowledge and Behaviors: Data Entry Skills & Database Management, Customer
Language Proficiency : Kannada, English
Orientation, Discipline, Punctuality, Do-it-Now attitude. Teamwork, Persuasion, High Energy Levels, Product Knowledge.
Job Description/Field of Work:
1 Lead generation :
- To make regular calls, as per the sales plan, and qualify leads from the database.
- To share qualified leads with the sales team and facilitate timely field contacts for such leads.
2 Appointment Setting :
Utilizing inbound or outbound telemarketing to create face-to-face appointments for the field sales team.
3 Database Cleansing:
- To regularly clean and prepare data - removing outdated and incorrect data fields, updating contact information like phone and mail-ids, for future telemarketing activities.
4 Sales/ Telesales:
- Using persuasion to sell Chilton products. Making and receiving calls (inbound or outbound) with the specific intention of making an actual sale/transaction over the phone.
Marketing :
Initiate and implement outbound telemarketing activities from database, for brand awareness and brand consideration.
6 Campaigns :
Implementation of telemarketing campaigns, with the particular purpose of collecting data and information from specific target markets for adding to the database and for further business purposes.
7 Customer Satisfaction :
Creating and improving customer satisfaction through regular and periodic calls to existing customers. Ensuring that existing customers and prospects get a chance to offer feedback to the company, through the telemarketing Team.
8 Database Development :
To source data regularly for tele-calling and keeping the prospect pipelines healthy for the field sales team.
