Chief Sales Officer - IT/ITeS Firm (18-25 yrs)

Required Experience and skills :

- Head of Sales for all business verticals & regions of IT Services

We need someone with :

- 18+ Years of total exp with recent 10+ years in IT/ITES Companies recent 3~5 years at regional leadership role managing Sales Team

- 10+ Years in IT Services (Managed IT Infra support, End User Support, Network Operation Management, Data Centre Management, Cyber Security support, Application Support, Remote Infrastructure Support, Service Desk, System Integration, etc) or IT Product Sales

- Experience in winning BIG deals/large customer accounts, Partnerships and Alliances + deepen existing customer relationships

- Drive sizable quarterly & annual sales revenue targets

- Experience in selling IT Services to enterprise customers - large & SME, ministries, departments & PSUs of state or central government.

- Has good network 


- Have worked currently/earlier with leading OEM suppliers

- Experience with creating bids & proposals

- Highly articulate with strong executive presence - excellent negotiation, presentation, interpersonal skills

- MBA + BE/BTech/BSc

- Team size 15-20, comprising of 4-5 regional heads.

Job Purpose : 

- To be the; and to ensure targets for sales efficiency, profitability and highest levels of customer satisfaction are met. Ensure all sales areas portray a professional, corporate image at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the management of department at regional level; including the general running of the department, setting budgets, minimizing risks, maximizing opportunities, developing and executing sales plans, achieving the department's targets; and seeking to positively influence the progression and growth of the department.

- Nurture & deepen existing customer relationships & add new ones.

- Ensure that enhancing customer productivity- is a consistent part of the dialogue with customer, thereby letting the customers trust that it is Customer First & Always for CMS IT.

- Be truthful in interacting with customers, colleagues & any other parties engaged with organisation. Always keep the commitments you make with an intention to win trust & bring reliability in relationships.

- Collaborating with other stake holders and enabling stakeholders meeting deliverables

- Drive quarterly rhythm of sales / revenue targets.

- Responsible for Business Development  to map and bring new business/large customer accounts.

- Drive sales productivity numbers and achieve YoY improvement.

- Review your department using standardized metrics.

- Compile detailed reports that capture successes and opportunities.

- Keep up to date with competitor's activities and initiatives and customer trends.

- Timely submission of proposal with compliance as customer process requirements. Tracking of opportunities which are in line with our focus areas.

- Maintain relations and co-ordinate with leading OEM suppliers.

- Drive corporate initiatives across sales team.

- Work effectively as part of the senior management team and coordinate, collaborate & cooperate with peers in achieving corporate objectives.

- Build harmonious interdepartmental relationships at peer level.
