We are hiring for a company which is one of the largest manufacturer of Commercial and Industrial Heat Pumps, Domestic Heat Pumps, Swimming Pool And Spa Heat Pumps.

The Job :

Key responsibilities areas :

- Highly skilled Professional who can Identify, develop, and implement business development initiatives that open up the available market for our products (e.g. new codes and standards that allow our product categories)

- Communicate regularly with the Business Process Group to ensure proper procedures and workflow are being implemented.

- Oversee and ensure all company/department standards and procedures are being followed.

- Maintain appropriate sales staffing levels to meet territorial and technical requirements.

- Keeps current with latest training on current products, coordinates technician training and maintains training records to ensure personnel maintain proficiency in preventive maintenance, start-up, troubleshooting, and repair of supported equipment.

- Manage, mentor and oversee regional and local sales managers and their team..

- Assign sales territories, set sales goals.

- Establish training programs for the organizations sales representatives. and set sales quotas.

- Set sales quotas.

- Review monthly WIP reports.

- Review monthly financial statements.

- Emphasize the growth of the geographic territory.

- Review monthly incentive compensation calculations and draw account requests.

- Monitor proposal and bid activity levels in the three main business segments (Retrofit projects, Repairs and Maintenance).

- Review estimates, pricing proposals, and non-standard contractual documents on large or risky transactions.

- Participate in customer meetings and presentations as required.

- Provide direction and career path development opportunities to all levels of sales and field personnel, including assisting in relocation and redeployment opportunities within the Division or Company.

- Able to travel national wide for various sales & marketing requirements.

Ideal Candidate :

Key Competencies :

- Minimum of 15+ years of sales, marketing, and/or business development experience (Plumbing/HVAC products. Hydronic HVAC experience considered a plus.)

- Ability to travel national wide and domestically (40-60%).

- Demonstrated abilities and successes in implementing new product, solution, technology and value selling programs.

- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to communicate, influence and inspire.

- Excellent sales and communication skills, as demonstrated by the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations.
 
- Proven experience in prospecting and business development, both in person and virtually. -Experience in working with a number of different agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver company-wide results.

- Excellent communication skills preferred.

- You have at least 10+ years experience ideally in Marketing Communications or Sales (B2C) within Real Estate industry.

- You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors and Dealers.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
