Chief Sales Officer (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. Develop sales talent and foster a results-driven culture.
- Work closely with other C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CMO) to align sales strategies with the broader business objectives and initiatives.
- Oversee key client relationships, focusing on customer retention, satisfaction, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and insights to the executive team. Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a minimum of 2 years in progressively sales experience.
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A strong network within the industry and the ability to represent the company in high-level negotiations.
