Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (20-25 yrs)
Job Description: Sales and Marketing Head.
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Head to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy.
- The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Researching and developing marketing and sales strategies for a company.
- Driving sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
- Maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.
- Generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
- Directing planning, forecasting, marketing program development, partner relationship development, collateral material development and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
- Work collaboratively across teams.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Skills and Qualifications
- 20+ years of relevant sales experience including management functions and a track record of exceeding quota.
- Education Qualification - Graduation / Post Graduation.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
