The Job
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will work closely with the founders and be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy for the business.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Taking accountability for critical Marketing KPIs and deliverables.
- Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations.
- Planning, initiating and executing all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and paid marketing, marketing automation, multichannel marketing, social media and physical advertising campaigns.
- Managing the team and partner to achieve those outcomes.
- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have a proven experience as Head of Marketing in a blockchain company preferably a protocol or token issuance company.
- You have executed at least one great brand/marketing strategy for a blockchain company.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills, are comfortable building relationships and influencing cross-functional business partners
- You have an interest in the Blockchain game space.
