Job Role & Responsibilities
The person should be able to identify and recruit competitor distributor
- The person should be able to show/sell career path to distributor and make him/her a super distributor.
- The person should be able to lend support in terms of activities which will enable the distributor in building the distributorship and also help in closure of business calls.
- The person should be able to add value to the distributors in terms of product knowledge, analysis on earnings etc.. so that distributors' earnings are healthy
