Chief Manager - Sales Support - Life Insurance (10-19 yrs)
Position Name: Chief Manager
Location : Mumbai
Job responsibilities :
1. Responsible for tracking performance on regular basis and plan necessary strategic and tactical interventions
2. Manage Distributor payouts and vendor management
3. Allocation of targets among the sales team members, partners and driving the performance against the same
4. Responsible for compliance and regulatory frame work of the channel
5. Manage, create P&L and expense management reports, ensure P&L is as per plan
6. Drive 13M and renewal across all partnerships and all regions, own 13M targets
7. Liaison internally with various functional heads viz. Ops, Retention, New Business, Compliance, IT, Risk and Sales support
8. Create RnR initiatives for sales and drive the same at all levels
9. Responsible for IT and digital initiatives for the channel
10. Manage business performance thru various MIS and Dashboard management.
11. Support HOD and Alternate Chief in various presentations at channel level
