Job responsibilities for NAM CAB role:
- Single point contact between the distributor and our HO
- Devising sales incentive schemes / RnR schemes for distributor teams
- Ensuring the delivery of business volumes and persistency targets as per the pre-defined projections
- Identifying and on boarding of prospective distributors for enhancing the distribution base
- Providing the necessary sales hygiene and creating a eco system to align the our systems with the new partners vide providing the needed training support, revenue settlement processes within the defined compliance guidelines.
Qualifications :

- 5 - 6 Years of overall experience
