Chief Manager - Sales (4-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Primarily responsible for sourcing & on-boarding IFAs
- Developing & Sustaining relationships with IFAs
- Channel Sales & Partner Management
- Focus on improving Mind share & Wallet share (sales & business development)
- Strong business & industry/market intelligence (competitive offerings, regulatory changes, investment products)
- Plan & conduct special sales initiatives, activities & events with IFAs for their existing & prospective clients
- Facilitate & guide the Business Associate in Operational & Back-Office issues
- Track investor complaints/queries & turnaround time for distributors
