Chief Manager - CASA Acquisition - Salary Accounts (10-15 yrs)
- Driving NCOR salary business by strategy initiatives for acquisition of new customers.
- FPR for top corporates (National Accounts) for closely monitoring the Salary business and tracking the initiatives to increase the share in these corporates.
- Tracking and monitoring De-growing corporates
- Driving Salary business in specific High growth/Focused Sectors such as IT/ITES, Telecom, Pharma/Healthcare, Government, Defenceetc
- Co-ordination with Regional/Zonal Salary teams to ensure implementation of strategy and sourcing of business
- Liaising with various stakeholders in order to ensure query resolution such as existing/new product offering, operational issues etc.
- Creating corporate data base & wishlist for New Corporate Acquisition
- Key Corporate acquisitions for sourcing new Salary accounts by leveraging on existing corporates of internal groups of the bank.
- Driving high potential corporate empanelment to improve overall quality of the Bank's salary portfolio through synergy within the Bank/Group Companies.
- Driving Salary account opening & Value target achievement from new corporate acquisition and other key parameters
