Chief Manager/AVP - Sales - NBFC/Banking/MFI (7-12 yrs)
Managerial Responsibilities :
- Leading and managing the group of Cluster managers to achieve the business goal
- Visiting each branch/cluster on regular interval to ensure movement of business without any delay/hindrances.
- Meeting the prospective eligible clients as part of sanctioning process as and when it is required.
- Proactively identify the business opportunity in the given clusters and act upon it.
- Taking ownership of the clusters and updation /training of products and other rules and regulations to CROs/BMs on regular basis
- To be a part of hiring capable and dedicated CROs/BMs as and when required.
- Managing human resources to achieve optimum business on regular basis.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Achieving the given target within time limit by supporting Cluster managers and coordinating with other teams like risk/credit.
- Ensuring the health of the portfolio by proactive measures in order to avoid any negative eventualities.
- Monitoring the Cluster activities including marketing and branding closely and timely intervention to support the business.
- Ensuring timely log in, assessment, disbursement and mortgage creation in all the branches by giving required and timely support.
- Being a catalyst of consistent and reliable business and portfolio.
- Proactive involvement in implementing new initiatives of the company with high spirit and quality to improve productivity of the clusters and its staff.
- Inspection of collateral securities as and when it is required to ensure the quality of asset.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience
Minimum experience of 6 years in in banks/MFI/NBFC lending and minimum 3 years of team managing experience.

- Building partnerships and coordination among different stake holders such as field officers, branch managers, customers and team members to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Mentoring Cluster Managers and BMs by providing guidance and feedback to help them realize their fullest potential and in turn improving the performance
- Ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions and/or reaching conclusions.
- Ability to take action consistent with principles and goals of the organization
