Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)-Co-Working Space with Sales Orientation
Job Overview:
As the CEO of our co-working space organization with a strong sales orientation and experience in the international property consultancy sector, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering international partnerships, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the co-working space organization, aligning it with sales objectives and international expansion goals.
- Lead the executive team in executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
Sales and Business Development:
- Utilize your expertise in sales and international property consulting to formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and international property consultants to drive business development.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
Financial Management:
- Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Monitor financial health and make strategic decisions to ensure sustainable growth.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
International Expansion:
- Leverage your experience in the international property consulting sector to identify and pursue opportunities for global expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets and establishing strong partnerships.
Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with investors, board members, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at industry events and forums to enhance its reputation and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the co-working space or related industry.
- Extensive background in sales, with a focus on international property consultancy.
- Strong understanding of global real estate trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of driving organisational growth and achieving financial targets.
Education:
