Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in unlisted shares. As the CEO, you will be responsible for leading our organization and driving its growth and success in the unlisted shares market. This is a highly strategic role that requires a deep understanding of financial markets, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record in the unlisted shares sector.
- Will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for searching, identifying, structuring, managing and develop strategic partnerships, alliances and commercial deals within the most relevant players in the ecosystem.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
- Builds relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors. Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.
- Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.
- Establishing strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings in order to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Presenting market research to marketing directors and making recommendations on how to expand market research.
- Investigating emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to meet the needs of customers.
- Developing and managing partnerships to grow business.
- Choosing automation software and software platforms that best meet the needs of the company.
