Chief Customer Officer - Oil & Gas (18-25 yrs)
Role Summary : Primary responsibilities include Leading the planning, research, and analysis of MSI market opportunities, consistent with the organization's long-range and strategic plans. Evaluates projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning. Ensures Order Intake, Sales target planning, monitoring, and achievement.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall development, implementation, and progress of strategic business order intake and sales targets for MSI Business.
- Oversee a business development team which evaluates, analyzes, and formulates strategies for business growth.
- Oversee the development of key projects and is accountable for the successful closure of business deals.
- Direct the planning and preparation of business proposals, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Supervises and Negotiates letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, contracts and Business acquisition agreements.
- Resolves Customer Issues and maintains key customer relationships.
- Works with teams and creates Solutions for the customers and leads the Specifications support to customers.
- Provides Leadership support to the Sales, BD, Key Account, Bidding team and builds capabilities to meet business plans.
- Regularly reports to the CEO on Market Trends, Customer developments, and progress.
Education : Engineering Graduate with Management Degree from a reputed institute.
Experience : 18-25 Years experience of which at least 10 years should be working in a similar industry/ similar products/ selling to the same customers.
