- 45-50 years - initial All India Corporate experience preferably in sales
- Followed by min 5 years in heading up a NATIONAL P&L/Business unit for a leading National / MNC recruitment organization
- RPO experience an advantage
- Professionals Running Own Boutique Recruitment Firms Welcome
- The incumbent will run the business as their own - as an independent and integral part of a larger group offering Executive Search , Selection , RPO & possibly Staffing
