Job Description:
- Powering the next phase of growth by multi-fold increase in brand reach and customer engagement across digital and conventional mediums
- Understanding consumer needs-expressed & latent;and weaving them into the brand strategy
- Creating brand promises,communication &user experiences that differentiate in the market and drive preference &user action
- Designing & managing implementation of strategic initiatives including brand positioning,creative development across media formats & prospect touch points,powering demand generation & customer engagement campaigns, PR, branding and more
- Deploying a data guided ecosystem to gather consumer insights &unleash them to constantly evolve the marketing effort
- Aligning with business team to align brand communication and promotion
- Prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives at a fast pace and as per changing business environment
- Evaluating,recruiting,mentoring and managing team members.Work with them for their training needs and career development
- Managing allbrand and marketing vendor relationships and partnerships
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Seeking a strong brand cum digital marketing enthusiast from tier 1 institute with prior hands on experience in building B2C brand
2. Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in Fintech and ecommerce sectors
3. Experience of working with start-ups and building brands is preferable.
4. Ability to build relationships both within the organization and outside vendors/partners.
5. Ability to focus on the big picture and at the same time also go deeper into details if required.
6. Ability to develop and mentor high performing teams across the organization and focuses on accountability while maintaining high quality results
7. Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement and also drives to others toward a common goal.
Skills:
1. Proven expertise in understanding consumer insight and translating them into compelling creative & go-to-market strategies
2. Experience in building digitally B2C brands from scratch on tight budgets using micro segmenting,sharp targeting and effective communication
3. Deep analytical mind combined with a creative flair
4. Proven track record of on managing digital brand for a B2C businesses with focus on SEO,SEM and campaigns
