Chief Branch Manager - HNI Wealth (5-12 yrs)
We are looking for a Chief Branch Manager to be based at Delhi. The purpose of the job is to Branch profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up productivity and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management. To monitor the performance and learning development of Sr. RM's. The detailed job profile is appended below:
Ensuring the productivity of Select and Sr. Relationship Managers as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction.
Location - Delhi/NCR
CTC - 7-10 Lakhs (Open to discuss)
Minimum : 5-9 years experience in BFSI, NBFC, AMC- s, Insurance (Bancassurance)
- Handling HNI (High-net worth Individuals) clients by themselves for closure of sales on all products (except equity) without subsequent delegation.
- Ensuring adherence to Sales Processes.
Grade/Band : M II
- The position would be reporting to Cluster Head
- Maximum Age bracket should not be more than 34 years.
