Chief Branch Manager - Broking Firm (4-10 yrs)
To manage the center profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up productivity and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management. To monitor the performance and learning development of Relationship Managers. To work on customers mapped to self and leverage on creating long term relationship with these customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the productivity of self and Relationship Managers as per the expectations of the company by planning activities for acquisition, multi product penetration, constantly working on bringing up capabilities of the team and self and customer service.
- Handling HNI (High-net worth Individuals) clients by themselves for closure of sales on all products without subsequent delegation.
- Complete other related duties as assigned. Provide direction to his team and also lead by his own self business
- Ensuring adherence to Sales Processes
- Maintenance of statutory timings, discipline, and compliance.
