One of our Prestigious Client is looking for Chief Branch Manager in Mumbai and Pune.
CBM Mumbai - 4 vacancies ( Vile Parle, Goregaon, Kalyan, Bhandup)
CBM Pune - 4 vacancies
Candidate should have direct sales experience and should have managed sales of investment products. Will prefer candidates from Banking/NBFC's / boutique wealth firms. Look for wealth managers with 5 years experience or people having experience in selling Third party products.
Job- Summary:
To manage the center profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up productivity and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management.
To monitor the performance and learning development of Relationship Managers. To work on customers mapped to self and leverage on creating long term relationship with these customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensuring the productivity of self and Relationship Managers as per the expectations of the company by planning activities for acquisition, multi product penetration, constantly working on bringing up capabilities of the team and self and customer service.
Handling HNI (High net worth Individuals) clients by themselves for closure of sales on all products without subsequent delegation.
Complete other related duties as assigned. Provide direction to his team and also lead by his own self business
Ensuring adherence to Sales Processes
Maintenance of statutory timings, discipline, and compliance.
Skill set :
Lead the team and also mentor the team to maximize their potential.
Playing Captain, lead by self as best customers of the branch are mapped to the Branch Manager.
