Responsibilities:
- Help customer find the best possible experience to celebrate their special occasions over In-Bound or Out-Bound voice calls
- Develop relationships with customers via interacting with them over Call, Email, Chats or Social channels
- Maintain all records of customer interactions
- Manage complete sales cycle independently
- Engage & retain clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups & value delivery
- Ensure a High Level of customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Fluent in over the call communications
- High level of convincing skills to convert customers
- Smart & Alert to provide the best possible choices to the customers
