Chemical Process Equipments -Manager - Business Development - Green Hydrogen (10-12 yrs)

Job Responsibilities / Accountability (major end results the job is expected to achieve):

Business Plan:

- Prepare general business plan to identify key focus areas for the team.

- Discuss the business plan with Sales Director and external consultant to finalize the same.

- Prepare key action points based on business plan and ensure implementation.

- Explain the plan to the Business Development Executive and fix responsibilities for him/her.

Market Research, New Clientele Development and Selling:

- Data mining to identify upcoming projects.

- Create database of projects, consultants, EPCs awarded, timelines, etc.

- Devise client meeting plan based on list of projects provided.

- Visit clients & consultants to discuss regarding upcoming projects.

- Appraising clients about product portfolio using presentations and other collateral and seek approval of material to be included in specifications.

- Update database of projects based on meetings with clients.

- Reporting to Director to update on clients visited, project status and devise further planning.

- Review enquiries received and brief Director on the same.

- Submitting proposals to clients as per the enquiry.

- Follow up enquiries and submit report of offers submitted and their status.

- Attend techno-commercial discussions/negotiations with the clients.

- Close orders.

Branding and Promotions:

- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.

- Prepare quarterly newsletters and send them to clients.

- Identify and propose best platforms for promotion of products.

- Attend promotional events organization participates in.

Projects:

- Liaise with the project team and clients in case of any concerns during execution.

Qualifications (Basic, Professional & any other desired qualification):

- Masters / PGDM in Marketing (optional).

- Graduate in Chemical Engineering. Work Experience (No. of years, Industry & Areas in which person would had worked):

- Preferably 10 years of experience in relevant area of work.

- Experience in green Hydrogen Market

- Strong communication and IT fluency.

- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
