Chelsea Group (i.e. Chelsea Mills) is a well-known garment export company based in Gurgaon. We have been supplying garments to the leading names in global retail like GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Armani Exchange etc. for over 38 years. In an endeavour to expand and diversify, we have selected the production and supply of Green Building Blocks in the NCR.

We at CHELSEA BLOCKS AND PIPES PVT LTD.(CHELSEA CONCRETE)are a manufacturer and supplier of concrete blocks and pavers in the Delhi NCR region with our fully functional and automated production plant at Bawal, Haryana (on delhi-jaipur highway). Our initial and exponential line of products which is being manufactured and produced at our production plant includes Concrete Based Fly-Ash Blocks and High-End Pavers. We are manufacturing these products using the state-of-the-art German Plant and Machinery based on PLU configuration and implementation (Programmable Logical Unit) and has the capacity to produce 30,000 concrete blocks and over 5000 sq2m of pavers every 8 hours.

We are engaged in providing high quality of precast concrete products. We customize the final product in terms of strength, color, shape and texture to provide an end-to-end solution that exactly matches the needs of our clients in the construction industry . Job Description :

- This position requires a broad knowledge of company products, services, and policies. An independent worker who is self motivated and can seek out and maintain productive working relationships.

- Will have responsibility for Baltimore Concrete with full customer and product-line accountability. Aid in the collection of receivables and provide accurate sales forecasting for the assigned market territories.

Selling :

- Responsible for maintaining existing customer base as well as seek prospective customers; must assess and identify customer needs and skillfully solve problems.

Field Support :

- Provide job-site coverage and technical support on key concrete pours. Coordinate concrete delivery with customer and Central Dispatch.

Marketing :

- Responsible for promotion and marketing of ready-mix concrete - including value-added products and construction aggregates.

Collections :

- Responsible for aiding in the collection of receivables in a timely manner.

Forecasting and Budget :

- Maintain a positive reputation in the communities in the service area.

Real Estate :

- Be cognizant of local zoning/land use ordinances and basic real estate terms.

- Be aware of impending sales of large tracts of land in and around the market area.

- Has to learn the different designs we have with different sizes of patterns that we have.
