Chegg - Intern - Marketing (0-1 yrs)
Chegg India is looking for Marketing Interns for a period of 2 months, and who can join us at the earliest.
Job Description:
Duration: 1.5 to 2 Months
Stipend: Rupees 10,000 per month
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Lifecycle Management - end to end engagement of customers (freelance experts) to ensure consistent participation on Chegg Q&A board.
2. Executing customer engagement campaigns via email marketing tools, calls (200 daily), SMS and social media platforms.
3. SEGMENTING the customer base, TARGETING the right audience and POSITIONING the opportunity to garner maximum incremental gains.
4. Community engagement via social media tools like WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
Requirements :
1. Excellent business communication skills (oral and written).
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
3. Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
4. Flexible and willing to adapt as new challenges arise.
