Chegg - Content Support Executive (0-2 yrs)
Content Support Executive- New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Abuse Review: Review the abusive content on the site and take actions against according to our abuse policy.
- EA Review: Review the Expert Answerer accounts/answers and suggest relevant actions.
- OCR Transcription: Using OCR tool in MS word to transcribe questions to convert them in html format.
- Copyright Escalations: Review and action on user reported copyright content.
- Book Logistics: Creation of text files and matching question from old edition books to new edition book.
- Book linking: Link and update book details by verifying them online.
Requirement:
- Graduate - BA/BBA/BCA/B.Com/B Sc
- Good communication skills (both oral and written).
- Good knowledge of working in excel.
- Should have a goal oriented, time management skills and pleasing personality.
