- Conceptualize and own the execution of B2B sales strategy

- Own end-to-end business development/ B2B sales funnel and be responsible for achieving revenue targets as set by the organization

- Provide support for all sales team and ensure compliance to all deadlines and provide upgrade to all systems as per requirement

- Build connections and relations with new customers for a long-term association and maintain relationships with the existing clients

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective areas for business and venture into new territories

- Coordinate with all clients and provide them real time support.

- Regularly conduct market research (analyze competitors, product placements and the efficiency of sales strategies so as to bring new initiatives and policies for gaining higher traction)

- Brainstorm new and creative revenue growth strategies and partnership opportunities.

- To follow up leads by connecting prospective clients regularly

- Ensure smooth Inter-department coordination

- Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies with the key stakeholders

-Knowledge of performance marketing

Job Specification & Qualification :

- A Graduate/ Post Graduate with 0-5+ years of relevant experience and proven track record in B2B Sales

- A self- starter leader who has demonstrated the ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation

- An individual with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Strong at relationship building and analytical skills

- Design and develop strategic development and business plans

- Oversee and execute new strategy progress and development

- Have Sales acumen and achieve the defined targets

- Ability to work with moderate supervision, strong attention to detail, good verbal and written skills, positive attitude, ability to work well with others
