Position Overview :

The Senior Account Executive will be pivotal in driving sales, managing high-level client relationships, and achieving substantial revenue targets. This role demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored, strategic solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Gain a thorough understanding of client needs and challenges to offer customised solutions through a consultative approach.

- Independently conduct discovery sessions and platform demonstrations.

- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities through email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and cold-calling.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

- Monitor and report on sales performance regularly to management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of advanced sales strategies.

- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and time management, with a customer-centric approach and adaptability.

Compensation Range : upto 12lpa (Depends upon the Interview)
