Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target prospective enterprise clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Build and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and understand the business requirements of potential clients to propose tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the product or service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in enterprise software, technology, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a complex sales cycle, including multiple stakeholders and decision-making processes.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand clients' business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
