Chat360 - Manager - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Chat360 is a funded technology startup that offers omnichannel conversational commerce for enterprises across geographies. It leverages Chatbots and AI-powered solutions with a powerful analytics engine to help businesses generate more leads, enhance customer retention, and automate customer support and marketing initiatives through platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, etc. The founding team includes alumni of London Business School, IIT, and Warwick
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
- Conduct market research, analyse consumer behaviour, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and guide digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyse website analytics, campaign performance metrics, and user behaviour data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the website.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, respond promptly, and manage online reputation.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives and leverage their expertise.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics, track progress, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Stay informed about changes in digital platforms, algorithms, and regulations, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimise spending to maximise ROI.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Creativity and the ability to think strategically to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital advertising regulations, privacy laws, and best practices.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and website usability.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
